Advance: an additional ecological fee $20.00 per night (plus GST + CV) per site
At the gate: an additional $30.00 per night, per site
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):
Q) Can we have campfires?
A) Campfires or open fires of any kind are NOT permitted while camping at Mountainfest.
Q) Are there any hook-ups? (water/sewer/electrical)
A) You are camping within the confines of an operating ranch. Section 2 campground does have hook-ups for an additional cost. In all other campgrounds, fresh water and sanitation services are available for a fee ($20.00 each) through independent contractors that continuously supply these services. You must flag down the truck driver. Look for information on site for times of services in your camping area.
Q) Once camped and in possession of our wristband, can we leave and drive to town?
A) Yes, you can leave the site whenever you please. However, we urge you to take advantage of our shuttle service. Fun times need not be wasted in traffic jams!
Q) How late can we stay off-site and still be able to return to our campsite?
A) Vehicles displaying a valid camping sticker will be allowed to return to their campsite at anytime.
Q) Why must I arrive before 9:30pm when I have already reserved my camp site?
A) We cannot safely park an RV after 9:30 PM as it is dark and a risk to our staff and patrons.
Q) Can we purchase an additional camping pass just to use for additional space?
A) No. However, you can purchase an additional vehicle sticker (at the gate) providing there is space within your designated reserved campsite. Campsites are approximately 16’ x 42’ in size.
Q) Why can't I just camp anywhere I want to?
A) ALL camping sites are reserved and patrons are required to park within their designated camping site.
Q) I am arriving on Monday. My friends cannot arrive until later in the week. Will they be able to camp with us?
A) If you have your reserved camping site information distributed to them in advance, and, if they can park within your camping site, and arrive no later than 9:30pm; your friends will be able to camp with you. An additional vehicle sticker must be purchased at the gate at a cost of $35.00.
Q) Is there any general or open camping available?
A) NO, all camping is reserved and must purchased in advance of the show.
