Concessionaires/vendors wishing to apply to vend their products at Mountainfest, 2011 the Merritt Mountain Music Festival are asked to provide the following information.

By filling this application, the concessionaire/vendor confirms that he/she has read the document named “Concessionaire / Vendor Guidelines” and that the conditions included in that document become part and parcel of this application and alternately, part and parcel of the final agreement.

Each concessionaire/vendor is allocated 2 staff passes at no charge.
If additional staff passes are required there is a $125 plus HST charge for 2 additional passes. Gate price is applicable to any further additional passes.

Camping/Parking Information

There will be one campsite/ parking pass allocated to each concessionaire/vendor.

If additional camping/parking passes are required, there is a $158.00 (plus HST) charge per pass/campsite.  There is a maximum of 2 additional camping passes and will be issued upon approval of the Vendor Manager.

Ecological Fee: a standard $50.00 plus GST Ecological Fee per booth is in effect for all Concessionaire / Vendors and will be invoiced upon approval of acceptance of contract.

This application does not imply or guarantee space for the festival. We can not guarantee exclusivity and reserve the right to limit or specify the products and/or services offered for sale or displayed by the vendor.

Should space be available, vendor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated in the contract agreement. By signature on this application I hereby authorize AMEC to secure information concerning any of the above facts and my signature requests companies to provide information requested by AMEC.
