Active Mountain Entertainment Corp. intends on developing it's holdings and on creating a year around tourist attraction / destination. The Entertainment Center / Amusement Park will be called Active Mountain Park and will have something for everyone, of every age, incorporating:
- a Medieval Village including, - a 16th. century Castle - Hotel & Convention Centre (150 room hotel) - 95 Medieval Villas (town homes)
- an 18 hole Professional Golf Course (located next to the Medieval Village)
- a Housing complex ( with approximately 200 home sites)
- a 25,000 seat Outdoor Entertainment Complex (present Festival site)
- a 6,000 seat Amphitheater (complete with an outdoor multi-purpose Arts & Sports complex)
- an Amusement Ride Park (complete with water slides and world class "roller coaster")
- a Motorsport and Race Track Facility (with all related amenities i.e. Corporate Cottages, Restaurant/Bar, etc.)
- a Brewery
- a Winery
- a 7 acre man made Lake (used for both irrigation and recreation purposes)
- a 350 seat Arts Theater (to develop and present new theatrical concepts, musicals, comedy, etc.)
- a Film & Sound mixing facility
- 2 RV Parks (a total of 700 fully serviced pads, some strata ownership and seasonal rentals)
- a Gas Station and Convenience Store
- numerous Nature Walks and Botanical Gardens
